3.1. MUSIC |
|
CD or MD only,
normal speed, ISU rule 362/1 is applicable. |

3.2. TECHNICAL DATA. |
|
The competition consists of
a Short and a Free skating program. |
|
3.3. TIME TABLE. |
|
Will be sent to the club as
soon as possible after the closing date. |
|
3.4.
PRIZES. |
|
Each competitor will be
presented with a trophy. |
|
In accordance with rule 119
the organising committee accepts no liability for injury or damage
sustained by competitors. |
|
5.1. INVITATIONS. |
|
Clubs will be invited from
all over the world. |
|
5.2. ENTRY FORM. |
|
The closing date for
entries is January 17Th.

5.3.
LIMITATIONS. |
|
The organisation committee will limit the
entries, entries will be accepted on a first come , first served basis;
up to the maximum in relation to the available ice (125 as a
total) it could be considered to create more groups from a certain
category.
Following rules will be
used:
-
Every invited club has the right to enter three
skaters
for the category novice girls and miniemen A girls They can also enter substitutes for this
category. The substitutes will be able to compete if there aren't enough
competitors for the category concerned or in case of injury from an
announced participant. The organising committee will inform the clubs in
time in such case.

There are no limitations in the other categories.

When a split for a category is needed, this will
be done according to the drawn. The responsible judge will be in charge
to split up if needed.

Clubs subscribing seniors and juniors or boys will take precidence
The organising club has the
right to enter more participants.
The organising club will
follow the order mentioned on the entry form and there will be no
further correspondence about these subscriptions.
In case of a too high
number of entries the organisers reserve the right to limit these
entries. |

6.1. ENTRANCE FEE. |

75 for each skater to be
paid before January 17th.

Payment by eurocheque together with your entry form to the order of Nieuw Olympia Turnhout or by bank transfer to the account att. Olympia Star Fonds Turnhout
no charges for the beneficiary.
Clubs are responsible for the bank charges related to the
subscription. |

6.2. TRAVEL
&
LODGING. |

|
The organising committee
does not pay travel or lodging expenses for the participating skaters.
|
|
7.1. JUDGE PANEL. |
|
The participating members
may propose a Judge qualified to at least national championship level.
Entries from foreign clubs who bring a Judge with them will be preferred
in case of too many entries.
Names of the candidates should be made available to the organising
committee before
january 17th.

7.2. TRAVEL AND LODGING. |
|
Travel expenses of foreign
Judges will not be reimbursed, but hotel accommodation and meals will be
provided for all drawn Judges and Referees starting with breakfast on
the first competition day until dinner on the last competition day. |

7.3. JUDGE MEETING/DRAWING. |
|
Judge meeting will be held on Thursday after opening draw.
Details will be sent with the provisional time table.
Time and place of the drawing will be forwarded with the tentative
time table. |

8.1. CEREMONIES OF AWARDING PRIZES. |
|
When the final results have
been calculated, the winner and then the second and third placed
competitors are announced and are called to the winners platform on the
ice.
The Referee and Assistant
Referee and the representative of the organiser congratulate the prize
winners. |

8.2.
SPECIAL PRIZES. |
|
Special prizes will be
awarded by the Referees. |
|
9.1.
PROTOCOL. |
|
Only named coaches on the
entry form will receive a badge for entering the restricted zone. |

Short
program
duration: maximum 2.30 min
|

Free
Program
duration: 3.00 min (+/- 10 seconds) A well balanced free program miniemen A must contain at least: Jumps: maximum five (5) jump elements for ladies and six (6) jump elements for men. Ther must be an axel type jump. There may be up to three (3) jump combinations or sequences and only 1 jump combination can be composed of 3 jumps Remark: The double toeloop jump and double loop jump can be executed once as a solo jump and if repeated it must be in a jump combination and/or sequence of jumps with the provision that there cant be more than 3 double toeloop jumps and 3 double loop jumps throughout the entire program. Spins: maximum 3 spins of a different nature (diff abbreviation). one of which must be a spin combination (minimum of ten (10) revolutions). In spins the minimum number of revolutions required in a position is two(2). In case this requirement is not fulfilled, the position is not counted. Number of changes of foot in the spin combination is optional. All other spins have to have at least 6 revolutions Steps: max. 1 step sequence or spiral step sequence.
